• Eliminate state death tax.
• Eliminate or substantially reduce property tax on automobiles.
• Create environment for capital formation through change in laws governing trusts and business formations.

III. Strategically-Designed Economic Development Plan

• Remove barriers to commercial agriculture’s growth.
• Transform targeted areas of state for tourism.
• Implement targeted industry incentive plan with regional focus.
• Provide capital and financing to grow small business.

IV. Strengthen Families through Proactive Reforms

• Protect the unborn.
• Introduce marriage amendment to define marriage as being between a man and a woman.
• Prevent stem cell research on embryos.
• Strengthen foster care programs to protect children from abusive parents.
• Create "tough love" processes to reduce irresponsible parenting behaviors.
