My name is Dave Nabity, and I would like to be the next governor of the great state of Nebraska. Let me take just a moment and tell you why.

At this point in time, Nebraska is at an economic crossroads. We must decide which direction to travel in order to prosper in the 21st century. My goal is to create a road of economic opportunity for all Nebraska citizens, both urban and rural. It's not a road that reads, "Status Quo," but rather, "Nebraska. Jewel of the Midwest."

My campaign will be about solutions - positive, innovative solutions. My campaign will be about leadership - real leadership that inspires and motivates. My campaign will be about vision and passion - a vision of where we need to be in the future, and a passion to get us there.

As governor, my priority will be to transform Nebraska into a magnet attracting businesses from all across America, and to awaken and empower the entrepreneurial spirit so prevalent in the hearts and minds of the hard-working folks of our great state. I want all our citizens, from the Missouri River to the farthest reaches of the panhandle, to realize the dream of a prosperous and dynamic Nebraska.
